Friends of the Kingsville Public Library Donation Drive
The Friends of the Kingsville Public Library are holding a Donation Drive in partnership with Goodwill of Northeast Ohio and Northwest Pennsylvania. The Donation Drive will be held October 8 – 14 (Closed Sunday) with drop off times during library hours Monday-Thursday 9-6 p.m., Friday 9-5 p.m., and Saturday 9-2 p.m. Your gently used items will help fund library programming. Allowable items include working flat panel TVs, VCRs, clothing, cookware, glassware, giftware, curtains (no rods or hardware), lamps, small appliances, radios, stereos, antiques, small power tools, artwork and frames, CDs, DVDs and players, records, VHS, clothing, shoes, accessories, computers, accessories, and other electronics (working or not). Unacceptable items include tube TVs, furniture, exercise equipment, major appliances, bikes or wheeled toys, sofas, futons, construction materials, and automotive items. bedframes/headboards, metal desks and filing cabinets, skis, ski boots, gas-powered tools, lawn equipment, wheelchairs, walkers, textbooks, encyclopedias, guns, knives, and bows.
All funds raised by the Friend’s group are used to support children’s programming, book purchases, and other library services.
