Safe Shopping Online In-Person
The Kingsville Public Library is excited to announce a free technology class on Safe Shopping Online on Thursday, October 16 at 3:00 p.m.. Come learn about basic security tips, online payment options, shopping with your mobile device, and how to avoid phishing scams. The class will also focus on keeping your personal and financial information safe in this digital age.
Classes are free and take place at the Simak Welcome Center directly across from the library. Pre-registration is required, and space is limited. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this class. Laptops will be provided. You may bring your own fully charged laptop if you prefer.
