Sewing for Beginners In-Person
The Kingsville Public Library is excited to announce a very basic Beginner Sewing Machine Class on April 29 at 3:00 pm. This in-person program will focus on beginning basics of using a sewing machine. Participants will then have the opportunity to make and take home a beginner’s sewing project. Participants may bring their own sewing machine if they choose to do so. Classes are free and take place at the Simak Welcome Center directly across from the library.
Pre-registration is required. Space is limited. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this class. Sewing machines, fabric, and all supplies will be provided.
This stand-alone class will be for patrons who either have never used a sewing machine, or just need a basic refresher and want to learn how to do so starting at the very beginning.
